As we all adjust to a new way of living after the lock-downs and quarantines created by the Corona Virus, we at Terra Bella Salon are also adapting to a new routine at work. We know that this time is uncomfortable and difficult for everyone so we are trying to make your time in our salon as easy and safe as possible. Until advised otherwise, we are under strict guidelines from the government. We appreciate your cooperation as we all acclimate to these changes.
Please help us by following these rules:
If your have any new or worsening symptoms of Covid- 19, or have been in contact with a known case, please cancel your appointment & stay home. If you are nervous about coming into the salon, please reschedule your appointment.
When you arrive at the salon, please stay in your car. Text the phone number posted on the front door with your name, your stylists name, and what car you are in. When your stylist is ready for you, the receptionist will take your temperature and then invite you in.
Wash or disinfect your hands upon entering the salon, after any interaction in the salon & after payment.
All staff and clientele must wear masks during the appointment. Clients are responsible for providing their own mask.
Clients cannot be accompanied by anyone, unless they are the guardian of a child receiving a service.
Terra Bella’s promise to you is that we will do everything in our power to keep our clients safe and our salon clean. The salon is well stocked with disinfectants, sanitizers and cleaning supplies. The stylists are required to use a new towel and clean cape on each client. We will also sanitize high-touch surfaces, our stations and all equipment between appointments. The entire staff at Terra Bella is also required to take their temperature and are asked to stay home if they are presenting any flu-like symptoms, until they are symptom free.
